This is a video demonstrating the ITF pattern Yul Gok. This video demonstrates not just the pattern but its applications as well in a new, entraining and streamlined way. All applications present in this video are taken directly from Gen. Choi Hong Hi's encyclopedia of Taekwon-Do.

In straddle stretch my hip doesn't rotate inward it just rotate outward and I can't rotate it inward, what to do to fix it?

Hi, the Hangul writing is wrong, it should be 율곡 The one you write, 열극, think means fisure vent, according to Korean Wikipedia :D I love the videos :)

Very well put together video, I'd like to see some of the sequences/combos within the form applied to the opponent, rather than the separate moves applied individually. Again, I enjoy the videos, but the opponent has become a punching bag.

Won Hyo would be a very nice one. The first sequence alone has so many applications. I like what you're doing though.
