Question please. After the oven I let it cool for 30 minutes then refrigerate? Even if is still warm?

@@LovingMyLife56 Yes it will still be warm. You just don't want it to be extremely hot when you refrigerate it. It will continue to cool and firm up as it chills

@@JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen My mother made it for me. I'm the diabetic like my four grandparents. My mother was 234 pounds and 5'4" when she passed away, and no diabetes. Her A1C was fine. The keto stuff was for me. Thank you for the recipe. Mothers have a way of finding things out for diets, even if they aren't on them. She enjoyed the cake too.

Do I bake your keto pie crust before filling?

I usually partially bake it for about 5 minutes before filling. This helps strengthen the pie crust.
