• Ingredients: Simple Baked Buns
All-purpose flour(high-gluten flour is better) 600 grams, 0:33,
Yeast 6 grams, 0:33,
Milk powder 20 grams, 0:36,
White granular sugar 120 grams, 0:47,
1 egg (about 60 grams), 0:51,
Milk 270 grams, 0:54,
Salt 2 grams, 1:07,
Soybean oil 60 grams, 1:11,
• Baking temperature (80L oven): Preheat to 200 degrees for top heat and bottom heat. Bake on the middle rack for 15 to 18 minutes. If you want the texture to be firmer, bake it longer. A smaller oven usually provides more heat, so please reduce the temperature by 5 degrees for every 10-liter reduction in the oven capacity.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
• The weights of ingredients in the recipe are all in grams. For liquid ingredient, 1 gram is equal to about 1 milliliter.

I think you can use almost any oil. The soybean gives the dough a nice yellow colour.
