• Baking temperature (80L oven): Preheat to 200 degrees for top heat and bottom heat. Bake on the middle rack for 15 to 18 minutes. If you want the texture to be firmer, bake it longer. A smaller oven usually provides more heat, so please reduce the temperature by 5 degrees for every 10-liter reduction in the oven capacity.
