This information is gold. Young athletes are so lucky today - Assuming they don’t drop from myocarditis.

Reminds me about when Cal Dietz was on and talked about the benefits of making the forefoot stronger.

5:24 what's great about that question is we've been improving so much when it comes to shoes the tracks and all sorts of other things yet some people still can't get up to the same speed past Olympians dead running in sand versus this spongy track we use now

It’s not weird that so many ankles/achilles etc are going in nba, acl’s in most sports. It all comes down to the footwear, it’s the feet. The foundation. I don’t know why Brian says it’s weird. It’s obvious.

So, take a board and elevate it on one side, then balance on your forefoot. Got it

God not sure how i feel about all this. I just cant help but feel that a lot of these “new methods” are just the basics rewritten with a “scientific” twist. I would bet that at 33 years of age, i could do all this shit religiously and i still wouldnt be as explosive, mobile, coordinated, and overall athletic as i was in high school playing soccer and hockey everyday. Im sure someone woukd see results doing these exercises, but how much of that is contributed from these SPECIFIC exercises or just the fact that they are just doing basic plyometrics?

Just hard to take advice from a guy who is sloppy with his own personal health. Seems like a salesman more than a trainer

That's the biggest load of crap I've ever heard. Never judge a coaches knowledge by how he performs/looks, judge him by the performance of the athlete's he's trained and the growth they have shown under his guidance. Did Haney Rambod, Chad Nicholls or Chris Aseto ever do even remotely well on a pro bodybuilding stage? No. Yet they have all helped Athlete's become Mr. Olympia.
