Ingredients (for 7 x 65 grams)
Dough:
- Peanut flour 120 + 20 g for sprinkles
(Any nut flour will do)
- Egg 1 egg.
- Milk 25-25 ml.
- Sweetener 4g (10 times sweeter than sugar)
- A pinch of salt.
- Leavening agent 2g.
Filling:
- Cocoa powder 25g.
- Flax meal 15g.
- Protein 50g. (I have vanilla flavor)
- Erythritol 40g (any sweetener).
- Vanillin to taste.
- Milk 100 ml.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
