I've only eaten collard greens one time at a restaurant that was a southern style restaurant in Seattle, WA. They were delicious. It does seem like a lot of work for you, a very long soaking, cooking process. But because you love cooking, it was probably a great way to spend Sunday afternoon. The roll making was fun to watch! That prepared plate at the end looks like you could charge $50 bucks for it! YUM!

Oh, poor Pepper!!!! Get well soon, baby. My girls are fixed and never go out. One of them did sneak out because of an accidentally unlatched door and was gone 24 hours. I was a total wreck until she came back at the same door she went out of! That door is now locked immediately after it is used.

Sunday supper doesn't get any better than what you just sat on the table!!! 😋😋😋 I do my greens similar to yours but I do put just a little red pepper flakes in mine & I add a little more vinegar on top of mine when I get ready to est them. I've not used brown sugar in them before but I'm definitely gonna try that next time. Also, I've only ever done the stovetop but I'm trying to get used to using that crockpot more frequently 🙃. Do my fried chicken almost identical to yours. Rolls looked PHENOMENAL (I could make a meal out of those dripping in butter 😂) & so did your taters (which I've never tried cream cheese in but plan on it some day soon). GREAT video my friend. every time i see ur pups i think their names should be switched...lol... mason is a gray color and pepper is black ..... hehehe, but im like u Sammi , my fur babies get hurt , i hurt and cry with them , so healing hugs sweet lady!!! and healing hugs for pepper!!! in my prayers , gl with ur surgery, i know u will be hurting for awhile , but so much better once u heal!!!! never had collard greens but they do look delish , and fried chicken ... um yes plz , what time is dinner???

I completely understand you being upset about irresponsible pet parents. When my stepfather passed away, my stepsister kept his dog and she had him out on a leash walking him when a neighbor's dog ran over and attacked and killed him. And there was nothing she could do about it
