Whenever I buy fish, I always buy whole fish, and keep the head, and tails for broth. I only use oil to sauté the onions, garlic, carrots, eddoes, ochroes, green bananas, bell peppers, a whole hot pepper, and pumpkin; I then add water, and lets it cook for sometime. When it's almost cooked, I add the seasoned fish, a thinly sliced tomato, and some Golden Ray margarine, and let it cook, until the fish is properly cooked, then I burst the whole, hot pepper to get the flavor. I like my fish broth, just as broth; thin, NOT thick! I've enjoyed watching your friend cooks! Thanks to the both of you; God bless!

I like one of the finishing touches to be a good squeeze of lime also, I love how he brings out the flavour in the fish

I love dumplings too! But how do you keep the broth from getting too thick? That's always my problem when it comes to soups.

Looks delicious! Feel to have some right now!!! However, at the end, when the dish was done the camera should have shown a good close up of the finished product both in the pot and in the soup bowl. Keep up the good work!!!

Actually this is real broth, once you start adding dumplings, potatoes etc, it becomes a soup.
