Sitting is the new smoking.
25% of all Americans spend over 8 hours a day SITTING. The Mayo Clinic states that too much sitting overall and prolonged periods of sitting seem to increase the risk of death from cardiovascular disease and cancer.
Ditch your chair and use a stability ball to work postural and core muscles throughout your day.
Start out swapping out your chair for the ball for 10 minutes every hour and build up daily. Eventually ditching the toxic chair altogether. Let me know how it worked for you.
