Вначале нужно нашпиговать чесноком, а затем обмакнуть в специи- так удобнее, меньше испачкаешься приправами и затем запечь в рукаве- так гораздо сочнее, чем в бумаге! Я испробовалв разные варианты готовки грудинки- этот самый лучший!

Letting the dry spices set-in on the meat before cooking it while wrapped is the best way on fully integrate the spices to the meat. Though it might appear as though the spices only stick to the outside of the meat, rest assured the flavors seeped in. I know for sure because I have tried this method before, albeit with a different recipe. Using wax paper prevents the steam that is packed with the flavors of the spices and meat from escaping while not burning the meat as tin foil would. This is also a great method to used in preparing a truly flavor-infused roast chicken.

Рецепт пекрасный ,но последовательность нарушены сначала нашпиговать чесноком дать полежать полчасека ,а потом в специи иначе аромат чеснока потеряется делаю грудинку много лет но и ваш рецепт возьму на ум все познается в сравнении спасибо дорогая.

Да я сагласна,свами я тоже дела. Без бумаги ,а когда мы были моложе ее и небылт в,прожаже были знакомые в бак отделе гастронома печен ье .ыло в ящиках из фпнеры вот и перекладывали его бумагой мы эту бумагу выклянчивали и ей пользовались с запахом ванили для выпечки самое то. Кто помнит это время пишите на что только мы нешли согласны со мной

Грудинку вообще трудно испортить. А насчет "просто заверните в бумагу" вы забыли указать в названии видео, что перед этим грудинку нужно нарезать и приправить множеством разных специй. Вот тогда была бы правда. А так получилось враньё. И почему врать стало модно!

Осталось! это очень вкусно и такое не купить в магазине,...Почему скажете-сразу отвечу, потому что это мясо мягкое и жуется легко,его не надо ,,грызть"-его просто ешь и наслаждаешься!Я так делаю уже лет 30😊 Приятного аппетита.
