Woaw just amazing man, what parameter can i touch to preserve the major shape aspect of my hairstyle ? I'm making an anime/manga hairstyle and i though about if i press play on the simulation, hairs will fall off and not look as expected. Thanks for your amazing content ❤️

Hi there, Thank you so much. So you would want to change the float curve in the simulation section of the addon. Make it so that the influence of the weight-paint start like half way through so only half of the hair strands get simulated and the general shape still remains. Heya wanted to give this ago i use stylised hair but wanted to try learn abit more about these kinda thing for presentation. Where are the samples stores when inside blender? trying to use the file just crashs blender apologies if this is a stupid question blender addons confuse the hell out of me haha!

Can you do this with tube geometry as well? Instead of strips I have used tubes to create the basic hair shape. I'm curious to know if you could use that instead of a flat strip.

I’m sorry with blender versions before 3.5 you might have to go to the geometry node modifier itself to attach to a mesh. And what blender version are you using btw?

You can access the color control from the B_GEN_matt_01 material (3:05)
