Btw I absolutely love how you workout in black jeans & boots 😆 It's realistic, recently starting thinking that working out , the idea is to take gym clothing. Hmm 🤔 yet... on the ranch (texas rancher here) I'm in boots , overalls or jeans, gloves, lifting heavy, lifting awkward goats, carring sacks of feed and hay, with most lifts awkward objects. So it only makes sence to train/ workout at a gym with the clothing/ shoes you would use. Better movements that aline with your clothing, or makes you problem solve for better fabrics / clothing

I've chosen to be broke all the time. Saving up my pennies, but for now I'm using an axle shaft with a flange as a stand in club. Still good fun though.

Will the single arm program be a subscription only offering, or will it also be available to purchase and own forever similar to the Basis of Strength, Turkish Get Up Mastery, Swing, and Clean & Press programs?

Just one question.. on my right elbow i have an injury that makes my elbow not flex fully.. so I can't bend my elbow so my wrist touches my back as the left elbow.. but i still try doing it lighter with the right elbow even if I dont have full range on that side. Maybe it can loosen it and give me back some mobility in that elbow. That's why i mostly do 2 handed shield casts. I noticed because of this i can do alot more weight on the left side because my elbow works perfectly, but on the right i almost need to "hold" the weight alittle so my elbow doesn't get forced into flexion.. more than it can handle. I've been doing this for 1 week and my shoulders, Thoracic and lower back feels so fucking awesome ! Tobad i can't really progress far because of my right elbow 😢

Another great breakdown drill coach! I will do this also! Also, maybe I missed it in the thousands of hours watching your videos but have you ever taught your method of breathing. It looks like you exhale out of the corners of your mouth from my perspective. Could you do a breakdown on your breathing methods? Or point me to video youve already made?

Hello sir, I hope all is good. He does talk about breathing in a few of his early videos.(like a couple of years ago) I think, it is also discussed in detail in some of his early heavy club videos, as well. I can't recall the exact videos.

Hi, Folks... Could you please answer this question for me? : Does it make sense to practice 360's with a macebell other than unilaterally? I adore unilateral exercises (in any case when unilaterality can be used), but in that case I only do 360's with a 6kg macebell (about 40 repetitions per series). The problem is that this way I hit my "core" less than if I also did the two-handed version of 360's with, for example, a 12kg macebell.... Do you think I should additionally include a two-handed version with a 12kg macebell? Thank you very much for your reply.

I would definitely include both 2 handed and unilateral 360s

Whether to run two-hand + single-hand together, or stagger them after certain thresholds, this is going to be a tough one !

When beginning club work, so I start with one or two handed exercises?

2 handed, better control when starting rotating movement. Helps get technique down for when you eventually go to 1 handed

Can I run a 2 hand and 1 hand program concurrently? Cheers
@Bat_Dance
@Bat_Dance Ай бұрын
Yes. In my weekly training, I do single club the day after 2 hand. Just be sure to figure out what weights work best for you to do this, though. If you’re doing too much weight, not only will you fry your grip, but it would probably lead to joint pain.
