My nanny didn’t ever go to a gym. She lived to 98 by never owning a car, running for the bus., walking everyday, ballroom dancing , eating a fresh food diet and going to bed at a sensible time oh and let’s not forget having a good giggle on a daily basis 😊 have a little of what you enjoy from your treats tin and relax and pursue hobbies that make you happy and keep moving all day long.

Great video Doc , I purchased a treadmill after watching one of your videos. Doing 30 minutes, around 3500 steps 👍never used one before , took some getting used to .

Hi Dr.Adam I agree one hundred percent. And since I am an ambulate driver. I am constantly lifting patients up and down staircases. And since I am doing this 5 to six days a week everyday. That is my exercise while at work. But when I’m home I do the static exercise to keep myself strong for work and for myself. But yes this video was very informative. Thank you again.

Thanks Dr, Story! First the stairs look great. I have had recent success using handgrips. I just started the wall-sit. I can really feel the burn in my quads when doing this. I look forward to your next video. Have a great day!

Good channel no BS claims just sound advice. I'm a certified nutritionist (bachelor of food science) I am a marital arts instructor and personal trainer until (many) people texting while driving, started slamming into me. I have been following for awhile, just to see what is out there, as I get ready to launch my own organic channel.

A heart monitor is useful to give biofeedback on effort. It will help you kiss Jesus in your HIT training rather than be wrapped in a warm embrace from which you don’t escape. Knowing your heart rate zones based on your current level of fitness and for intended exercise prevent overtraining and injury…particularly for older folks. It is also wonderful to track your progress. HIT will make you faster. Thanks for your great video.

Wouldn't call it high intensity, I have back issues, complications form a broken neck as well. I have an E bike, with pedal assist, means you can set the bike at different levels and gears to have the motor assist a little or lots when it gets hard. KICKS BUTT!!! I also replaced the saddle with the one that doesn't apply pressure to my tailbone (and prostate 😁), and the post it sits on with a shock absorbing one, about $175.00 for both on Amazon. I go out at night 11PM, in my mountain town no traffic, and pick a route with the most hills and have at it for 40 to 70 minutes depending on pain level. Tackle a hill with least assist I can manage, and switch to more as needed. Prior to that I walked a steady state route for 50 minutes with progressive hills and levels, culminating in the long hilltop I live on, plus 10 minutes walk around the parking lots for a cool down after.

I bicycle 5-7 days wk, a 19lb. singlespeed bike, 8 to 12 miles daily, in the hills of Southern Indiana. Been doing that since 1972. BloodcPressure is typically 140 / 80 with 3 BP meds and the bike. What's my point? I don't have any idea, but the bike makes me happy.

All due respect but opining all FOUR exercise practices are beneficial is stating the obvious. Please don’t use click baiting thumbnail titles.

With all due respect, a greater understanding that EVERYTHING works, but some work better would be required to know that it's not clickbait. If you interpret everything as clickbait, you'll have a difficult time on KZbin.
