Tea dust is best to make HK milk tea. But some master wants to mix it with 3 kinds of leaves (rough, medium and dust) Its okay to mix all 3 kinds. For me, I find that tea dust is good enough. The tea dust is more flavourful after boiling in hot water. If you don't want to use or don't happen to have it in the house (Carnation or sweetless can milk). Use Everyday (Nestle) Full Cream milk powder. This milk powder is best for all hot Beverages (coffee, tea milk, chocolate/milo or ovaltine milk, malt milk, soya bean powder milk etc)
