Usually I make lamb chop just fried In pan add dry mixed herbs and finished with hot butter garlic and parsley. This way of cooking seem good to me , will cook for my family ..we can find delicious quality lamb here 😋 Thanks you .👍🙏

too much flavour... but for frozen lamb I guess it's ok. If fresh, it will be a waste. If you ever visit Sydney, Australia, come find me. Would love to show you the quality of our lamb.
