Daughters Sinnis Jet 2 bike won't start lol. The speedometer is just all lighting up with all lights, then just repeats the cycle. I tried resetting the battery, ime disconnected and reconnected it. No change. Even looked at wiring, no splits as I could see. It still started and ran, but now there ain't even any electric start working on it. Yet the speedometer is still cycling through its usual all light up all lights off. Thoughts?

I was wondering if you can help me Please. I have a Yamaha Aerox 100cc 2004. I have had it for 7+ years Every problem ever had I always fixed it straight away. But this time I have no idea. It was working perfectly 3 days before I tried to start it on the morning it wouldn't start. It has a good spark I have changed spark plugs and ignition coil just to make sure. It has a really good spark. I have cleaned the carburettor about 5 times to make sure. It was already clean. I even changed the cylinder & piston just to make sure. I have cleaned the reeds and check them. It has a kick start and the battery is fully charged I have a button charger. When I syringe petrol in the spark plug hole and put spark plug back in. it start up for a few seconds. I believe the automatic petrol tap still works I suck on the little pipe and petrol comes out of the big one. There's one thing I'm not sure of. Sometimes the spark plug is a bit wet and sometimes it's not. Should it be soaking wet if it's not starting. If you have any ideas

It might be you oil seal bud Do the wet hand test Air filter off Hand over carb inlet and turn over to see if its sucking the fuel in You say you have checked reeds and vacuum and they are both ok ?

Hi Mark I have a malguti crosser cr1 and want to change the ignition stator but the fan on it has 2 allen key bolts in but fan on it is metal would you recommend a little heat on it or not thanks

Hi mark! I have few problems with my vivacity 50 2stroke. It starts when you crank it for 30seconds and after that you need to ease throttle to prevent bogging. I have cleaned the carburetor and airfilter. New spark plug. I also have problem with acceleration and top speed. I have removed restrictor plate from variator but the moped goed only 50kmh. Acceleration is good to 20kmh then it takes forever to get to 50kmh. Speed also decreases to about 30kmh in uphills. Rollers arent flatspotted.

It does excatly same thing what that yellow speedfight does in your bogging video. I also need to have airfilter extension installed to prevent bogging.

ok this could be a few things 1 auto choke not set right or faulty so staying on or not working or needs adjustment 2 carb air mix, watch my tuning videos 3 have you changed the jet size or did this always do this as it may be too big of the jet size so down size like in my videos 4 rollers maybe ok but to light or heavy so try 6g rollers and check belt is ok see how you get on as said I have many videos that will help ,sit at a computer then you get to see them all please like and sub then sorted mark

Any advice Mark, Got a SYM 50cc from 2000, ive replaced the Piston, Carb, Battery, Starter Motor, Spark Plug, Ignition Coil, put fresh fuel in and it wont turn over. Its got oil, fuel, air, spark and compression but im having no luck any advice on anything I could be missing.

Gr8 Mark I have a Suzuki burgman uh125 54 plate with no spark ?? Serviced but on the coil there is one wire only but it is permanent live all the time can you help is this correct thanks Colin

colin Total fishing If only one wire it could be earthed by fitment on to the frame so unless it has two connectors ! Live all the time? Not sure about that but maybe when power off the earth cuts so would be ok So no spark ? Checked plug / changed Do you have power from stator Cdi ?

Ayup pal. Any ideas on getting a Chinese 50cc 4T to run better? It doesn’t tick over then, eventually splutters to death. I’ve checked the oil, changed the plug, cleaned the filter and drained/cleaned the petrol. Any pointers greatly received 🤙🏻🤙🏻

Carb off bud and clean the jets and everywhere with carb clean, this will help Check fuel lines replace if need be

Nick Farnell if it running and then flooding it’s carb related It is not running and plug is wet poss spark / stator When you turn over are you getting a wet hand ? If so bearings ok if not then poss not fitted correctly

I got a SYM moped scooter water cooled have any ideas for service all the ones I have work work on has been are cool fans not kicking on and gas can is not working check the fuses all good no dealers that I can find in my area bike was imported

hi air cool or water cooled the basics are the same only you can change the water after 10k but otherwise just keep it toped up with antifreeze so you say its not starting, do a service but like before so plug , air filter, then take off carb and clean like in my videos and do a good job of cleaning it also check for spark while you change the plug as for starting if you know you have spark and when you turn over the plug now get wet it may be something else next you say not starting so I have covered the basics, are you saying it wont kick or elec start ? I have videos on then ok they are on speedfights and so on but all the same give or take hope that helps please like and sub mark

matthew pownall hi bud never worked on one before and only get mopeds and bikes in as they come Sometimes it’s not upgrading but finding the parts to upgrade them if they make them Most of these mopeds are generic so some parts will fine lots of moped A lot of these can be upped to 180cc and 21mm carbs Google search for them bud I know it’s a lot of work but in many cases it’s the only real way as the peds have been set up for mpg and not-mph Mark

mark savage there are a few parts on eBay but it's nearly impossible to get any part for a keeway arn 125 it's so stupid as it's a really good 4T scooter pretty nippy too not much out there

you can change the rollers for better pull away but to be honest bud they are 30mph bikes as cdi restricted, the off the market cdi's for these will help but don't last long. check the pins on the cdi and try to find a match on the web mark

hi mark ive got a sinnis shuttle 125 problem starting .when on the stand it wont start ,off the stand it starts right away, then it cuts out after 10 min, wait 5 min restarts any ideas thanks roy, garage has no idea what the problem is

yes bud you are right the they are the same as the Aprilia on e bay now for £62.50 all in is the Giannelli Exhaust Muffler which will fit you Suzuki Katana 50 // just check the year you may have to upjet but try first and see how it goes mark

@@marksavage its that no start your always getting asked about lol, however i have changed new plug, fresh fuel, fresh oil and coolant, carb is going to get cleaned monday or tuesday, theres just no spark. Its not connecting, i was thinking maybe the coil or side stand switch so ive checked the side stand but nothing, ordered new coil just incase it is that. Thanks again for the reply

no spark is normally only a few thing , side stand, spark plug, coil/ ht lead , problems with you stator coil or the most common ! cdi bud

@@marksavage its been in the garage and apparently there is nothing they can do. they say it needs to go to a sinnis shop to diagnose which connection issues there are. there are no sinnis shops within hundreds of miles of me. i guess i will habe to sell it as spares/repairs.
