I had problem with my left eustachian tube resulting in blocked left ear for almost 10 year, headache, earache, etc. Several times of visits to ENT doctors didn’t work either. Now I’m 90% free of my left ear problems thanks to humming. Nasal rinsing was life altering for me. I used to fight with sinus infections all the time. For years and years I've had sinus issues and bad allergies. A couple months ago I came down with a bad cold and then a fever. The fever did something that triggered my sinus to clear out completely, and a few days later my sinus was releasing all this long slimy green rope like substance out of my nose. I was amazed at how much was trapped in my sinus. It was mind boggling and made so much sense to explaining the issues I have been having for years. Better out than in, that's for sure. After a recent nastier, longer cold than usual, that actually dragged on long enough to give me a bit of bronchitis and absolutely miserable sinuses again (haven’t had that in a long time), I remembered your video here about kimchi juice. Swabbing with a q tip didn’t really do it for me, but I scaled it up a bit and squirted it in with an eyedropper. I did this for about four days. Didn’t seem to be getting too far, until today I suddenly noticed my head felt ok! Surprisingly ok! Thank you, Dr. Berg, because this problem was bad enough that it seemed to be giving me back that tussive headache I suffered from some years ago....and if you have never had that, I promise that you never, never want it (*intense* pain when you cough or sneeze, like your head was a giant bell and somebody rang it.) I will keep irrigating with the kimchi juice for another week or two, but this is beautiful, beautiful relief. It’s as good as that steroid I was prescribed in 2015 for the original condition...except that oral steroid (can’t remember the name) had ‘diabetes’ listed as one of the potential side effects. It didn’t give me diabetes, but if I had to roll that dice over and over for recurring sinus problems like that, I’m guessing I might not come up so lucky every time. Whew...

Hi Dr Berg, Your suggestions/advices/teachings are valuable.. M suffering from sinus pain since over a year . I was getting severe tooth ache for which I consulted my Dentist and he asked me if I have sinus and then got to know the pain is due to sinus. I hv been steaming my face everyday. Can you please explain this Xylitol to be used is in what form and should it be used alongwith grape seed extract oil in the nasal spray???
@mrsdewdrop96782 жыл бұрын
Hello, I just want to comment on the xylitol. I use it to make my own toothpaste. I bought it on Amazon it comes in a pouch just like sugar.. I purchase the organic one. There are several to choose from. Hope this helps.

my grandmother's remedy for sinuses was chamomile tea patches on the sinus area on the face and also breath in the tea steam. I myself once had sinus infection I also put the tea in a clean dropper and instilled in my nostrils holding the head back. It was burning a little but after a few days of repeating this a long piece of something came to my throat and my mouth. It looked weird but my sinus was relieved afterword.

A bit of Tiger Balm in hot water and inhaling the "steam" did the job for me immediately and I was completely blocked.
@rachkate763 жыл бұрын
Steam doesn’t kill a bacterial or fungal infection it simply adds more moisture which they use to continue the infection. Infections love moisture.

@@rachkate76 I'm not going to argue here just wanna clear few things. Seems you do not consider that the "steam" is just carry medium for the Tiger Balm properties. It did cure my infection 100%. I’ve had sinus issues since having pneumonia for a month in October 2019 and taking a junk ton of antibiotics to clear it. The masks make my mucus issues so much worse. I was hoping they’d help by filtering stuff, but they just make my nose and throat super mucousy. It’s torture.

I've honestly just been using a nasal irrigation kit from Walmart and that seems to make a big difference. Make sure you use distilled water when making a rinse. Tap water contains bacteria that if used in a rinse can be fatal.
