Also d10 is not a bad item anymore, it downgrades all the enemies in a room to weaker versions of themselves, removing any champion enemies as well. It no longer rerolls enemies randomly giving you descent tier enemies in Basement 1. And this amazing ability only has a 2 room charge like Shoop da Woop. I'd put it on the same tier as it does the opposite thing Shoop does, instead of making boss rooms a joke, it makes normal enemy rooms a joke.

D10: They did change the D10. It devolves the emenies to a weaker version of themselfes now. Which means, it makes roomclears way easier. I always left the D10 where I found it, until I caught a glimpse on the desciption, which said "devolves" and I had to read the whole sentence. Nowadays I take when I have no better active item, as it is a real good item now

Putting the relic below book of revalations is crazy to me. It doesn't take the active item slot, doesnt spawn the horse men and only takes one more room than the cool down on the book. Im only putting this comment up for engagement and he said disscussions were okay.

I am with you on the fact that the relic should ranked higher. On the other hand i prefer the book of revelation cause it can be exploited really easily with items that change the rate for recharging it

I disagree. The relic takes longer to pay out than book of revelations does (7-8 rooms where book of rev has a 6 room charge), so you can use the book of rev more often. There is also an ability to recharge the item, where relic remains passive. I think "Good" is a good spot for it. Gives you health, but takes a long time to do so. It would be "Great" quality if it had less of a cooldown or a way to reduce that cooldown.

@@gluessb I don't think the active item slot is a downside tbh. It allows you to recharge it, so you can gain health more than per six rooms. The horsemen can be annoying, but If you need health the book is the one I go to since it can be used more than the relic can. Plus it ensures you'll have a soul heart to protect your devil and angel deal chance , which can sometimes counteract losing the boss item.

How is Steven on amazing but the Mark isn't considering the Mark is an upgrade in all purposes? Steven is +1 damage but the mark is +1 dmg +0.2 speed and a soul heart. Am i missing something here?

Okay Sin Blue map can show you the secret rooms but you still need to spend bombs to get inside while x ray googles simply let you in for free in my opinion their positions should be switched. Edit: Cursed eye is a run ender it has ended many of my runs it did a few hours ago during a mom fight so it might be my rage talking. Edit #2: just finished the whole list I agree on everything honestly even c section it has lost me a run before because of the fire rate while I was playing the keeper but other than that I think you missed libra. And one last thing before I never comment again I've watched you for around 4 years now on many different accounts over the years keep up the great work.

I think Dr. Fetus is great, you can shoot bombs at your own will. No. 2 is an issue IMO because it spawns poop bombs when you’re walking, and when you’re standing still after walking, that poop bomb’s just gonna hit you. That’s just me though, don’t get angry at my opinion.

little chad gives half heart every 3 rooms, yum heart gives 1 full heart every 4 rooms, but yum heart ranked lower? Also missing page 2 gives a black heart, doubles their effect and any necronomicon, dry baby, negative, blood rights, and the death card damage, How are either of these items bad? Meh? probably, but not bad at all. I kept watching and he put farting baby in bad but puts dry baby in great? They are functionally the same thing, their main purpose is to block shots, yet Sinvicta thinks the necronomicon effect is enough to put dry baby 3 tiers above farting baby? Then why again does he rank missing page 2 at bad if he thinks the necronomicon effect is so important? This is a confusing tier list.
