गर्मी में गर्म पानी मेरे से नहीं पिया जाता तो मैंने रात का खाना बंद कर दिया । सुबह ९ बजे नाश्ता ४ बजे दोपहर का खाना और बीच में थोड़ा रस वाला फल रात को कुछ नहीं ।यह रोज़ और सप्ताह में ५ दिन व्यायाम जैसे वेट ट्रेनिंग और कार्डिओ । अंतर आना शुरू हो गया है

Daily schedule 1. Warm water daily 2 ltr and morning 2 glass 2. Green tea 3. Exercises and walking 4. Break fast chane and moong 5. 2 roti lunch 6. Evening tea without sugar and Chana 7. In dinner daal khichadi 8. Walking
