Sir...i had 5-8 fibroid in uterus i started doing pranayam and after a month i took my sonography the fibroid was not their. I started 5 breath count in 8 breath hold 12 breath count out and kept increasing...it works

Sir I am yoga teacher from yoga Vidya Niketan I want to share bhastrika pranayama . Inhale exhale 15 times rapid fast in that chest & abdomen both involved do not stop exhale fully take your right fingers on your left nostril inhale through right nostril close both the nostril take your chin towards your chest stay there as per your capacity close your eyes open your eyes raise your head close right nostril exhale through your left nostril one round over 3 normal breathing start second round . Minimum 18 bhastrika pranayama maximum 36 rounds is perfect bhastrika pranayama this weight loss after 6 months time for sure . Bothers start with 6 rounds . 😊
