I am a man that is over 10,000km from my family and your channel has literally changed my life, I have tried multiple dishes on your channel and they all came out excellent. I had to comment today cos it's my first time trying to make this Ayamase Stew and it was spot on. I could say the same with the efo riro and egusi soup too. First time was a goal, Thanks so much for sharing your wealth of knowledge with us all. Peace

Okada stew is different from Ayamase though. The latter is greenish. You can find recipes on you tube. 😂

Thanks for the lovely recipe, Finally made it last night. Finished cooking it this morning. Its lovely though meat pass stew at the end😂. In case anyone is tempted to not squeeze out the pepper and just carry on cooking, please dont, it will take hours for the water to dry out while cooking. Hence my finishing this morning😂

I had saved this recipe for a long time and that one day I would cook it. I bought goat meat and also kept the assorted that came with it. I finally made it today and it was so yummy. I included boiled egg as well. My husband enjoyed the food. I added in some tomato stew when cooking the ofada stew though as I felt it was too peppery since no tomatoes were used.
