Yes. You sit out and then stand while fighting the hands.

Awesome stuff coach! Sometimes when working with kids of that age you may not think that they are understanding and grasping the techniques you are trying to teach but after a drill or two you find out that they were listening and they understand perfectly!!😄

This is awesome coach! I just started my young kids in wrestling this week around the corner from our house and seeing these guys work is just great and encouraging. I was taking them to Judo but it was too far of a drive, I now have to learn more about wrestling so I can help guide them. Would love to see more in the future!
