I doubt there was any recording of the food? He used the gloves to handle both raw and uncooked food, money and the sause bottles then for the tin foil. He clearly has no hygiene training whatsoever. As for the rules about waste disposal and maintaining premises you can forget that too. This is so flipping dodgy and illegal!
