I am a thyroid patient too. Body pain is too much but this is the first time I am consistent with any exercise routine. Thank you Natan.

These are helpful and sensible. Count is just right to promote confidence and adherence. I used to do these with my mom but the count was 15. It was enjoyable, but it was too tiring and so we did not keep it up. If one can master this routine, like you said, more ease of movement and energy boost will help you get through your day better and the desire to tackle more and sustained exercise will follow naturally when it is appropriate for the individual.

@@SKILLSANDWELLNESS sir can you show me any excercise for good sleep,I'm taking sleeping pills but no any benefits of sleeping pills I always awake for whole night only 1 or 2 hours I sleep in whole night

I am right side paralyzed, is it ok to do this warm-up exercise since I can't raise my right arm hand, I assume I can have my left hand help right hand. Please advise

Sir thank you stroke survivor po ksi i can walk na po pero mabigat pa po sya ilakad ang arms ko nmn po need na lng po nya ng strength ask ko lng po ano po stage ng stroke po sya and anong exersise ang pwdeng gawin sa stage na yun.. thank po in advance..
