These are helpful and sensible. Count is just right to promote confidence and adherence. I used to do these with my mom but the count was 15. It was enjoyable, but it was too tiring and so we did not keep it up. If one can master this routine, like you said, more ease of movement and energy boost will help you get through your day better and the desire to tackle more and sustained exercise will follow naturally when it is appropriate for the individual.
