I found Nathan's exercises online and started having my husband, who has Parkinson's, do the chair exercises everyday. He has found that they really have helped him. Thank you, Nathan.

Cool. Try to do your exercises every other day twice a day. Or 4x a week twice a day.

I am so pleased the Parkinson's community has your expertise! My father passed away from complications of Parkinson's. However I have Spinocerebellar Ataxia (SCA); a similar but distinctly different neorological disorder with similar but distinctly different neorological symptoms. When I look through your videos I have to adapt your exercises for SCA and pull fromultiple videos. Could you please do a video or series of videos for home OT for the Spinocerebellar Ataxia community.

I’m a golf coach working with the elderly as well as folks with early onset Parkinson’s. My clients loved your chair work out. FYI - I do all of these exercises myself along side my client and let me tell you… they are challenging when done quickly in succession!! Om sai ram I am also a Parkinson's disease patient. I take medicine that was prescribed by neurologist. Apart from this i take ashwagandha powder and khas khas powder daily. Remarkable improvement seen

Yes it can be. But please have atleast 2 days off. You also need to rest. Maybe you can do 2 straight days then 1 rest day

Hi, You are doing great job 🙏 Can you please let me know how Parkinson patients can get sleep without keeping their body tight? If body is kept relaxed intentionally sleep won't come. It is observed that, unknowingly, sleep comes only when body is kept tight in one or the other way.

Try nyo po to gawin twice a day. Dapat latge movements po. Tapos less rest breaks. Be sure not to lose balance po ha. Tapos practice lakad. Pag may cane or walker, gamitin sa practice po.
