Well there is skill and then there’s those that do red bull crazy shit no thanks lol I rather stick to riding a enjuro down a trail bit more power and speed yet more fun because you got a more capable bike also can do some down hill stuff aswel oviusly but for crazy riders extreme DH with a triple fork shock is needed trail bikes are more restrictive yet a enjuro is more capable and can do trail very well and enjuro very well down hill is kinda tricky because to trust the frame for extreme hard landings

Phil, you are truly one of the most inspirational riders on the planet! It's amazing to watch you ride a bike with so much skill, confidence, and speed. It's incredible how fast and controlled you can hit trails blind with seemingly reckless abandon, while having complete trust in your equipment. You should make a video explaining how to train the mental skills that allow someone like you to ride at a level that is beyond what most are capable of and think is possible, or put more generally, how to build the confidence to push your bike to the absolute limit of grip and control. Thanks for all the great content!

A DH bike is more forgiving than an enduro (I know, I have both) especially on the more gnarly trails. Mistakes I make on my enduro bike are less forgiving and more likely to cause a crash, but I'm just an crappy rider. You, on the other hand are one of the best riders I've had the pleasure to watch. I'm pretty certain you can send it down on a low end hardtail or 130mm travel trail bike. Heck, you were pretty impressive with that Huffy you grabbed from Walmart! Skill makes up for a lot of shortcomings in hardware, and you have plenty of skill. That, and today's enduro bikes are far more capable of handling a bike park than those of a few years ago.
