In Toronto DeRozan landed a lot more 3s. But he said himself on the JJ Redick Podcast, that he would rather get his other teammates involved by working on his passing and letting them hit shots. This is why his assists average went up. If I were the Lakers, my concern with DeRozan isn’t enough 3ball shots, it’s the lack of defense. I love the trade, especially if DeRozan is willing to come off the bench and the Lakers land Ibaka. It would make me happy to see DeMar win a chip in his hometown. He deserves it.

If you listened carefully to what Lebron said during the season many times, he said that Kuzma is basically their 3rd guy. Kuzma got so many opportunities, but he failed most of them, tho his defense improved, it's not like he is the best defender, but he was a total clown at defense, now he can be a really good defender in some situations. I think injury also played some part it in. If last season he will play the same in any team, he will be done... Kuzma needs to listen less to noise and work harder than he is or he will be out of the league within 5 years or bench expert...

Compared that to KD who played with Westbrook and Harden at OKC, and then played with Curry, Klay, Draymond, Iggy, and Boogie with the Warriors, and now he's with Kyrie and potentially Devin Booker. And then Kawhi played with the big 3 with the Spurs, and then played with Lamarcus Aldridge, then played with Kyle Lowry, Marc Gasol and a stacked Raptors team. And now with Paul George and what was supposedly a stacked Clippers team. So let's not start this BS with how LeBron has been spoon fed all stars while others have arguably been given more.
