HOW-TO Run this Sports Training Drill:
- Set up several Reactive Agility cones 5 yards apart in a zig-zag pattern.
- Also set up the 4 Reactive Agility Cones some distance away on each side.
- Shuffle through the cones focusing on your footwork.
- When the Reactive Agility Coach indicates a color, locate, point and call out the location of the corresponding colored cone.
