Thanks for the helpful run through. I just paid the deposit January 15, 2021 and will now wait for up to 45 days before my Skydio 2 is available. In the mean time I'll watch all the videos available and content myself with flying my Mini 2.

Question: is there any way to take photos using the the Beacon? Like, is there a shutter button? How about the ability to automatically take photos at certain intervals? I think the Mavic Mini has that feature.

Thanks, very helpful video. Do you also have one about downloading videos and photos. Do we do this via a cable or take the micro SD card out? And is there a way to turn off the videos from being uploaded to the phone? They take up so much storage. Any advice is appreciated!

How do you take off the video and the audio put it on your phone? It keeps saying transferring video and then converting but sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t? Is there any way of getting it plugged in from your skydio2 straight to your computer? Thanks

I see that the skydio2 will work with either an IOS or Android phone (having the correct supported specs) When using the controller. I see that there is a cable that connects to the controller and to your phone. Being that a IOS(Apple) cable and an Android cable are two different types. Does anyone know if this cable is included with the package to connect with either phone. Can anyone answer this question. Thank you...and Ty OriginalsoBo for posting. thank you, I did see that it does come with a type "C" to "C" cable for charging and to use with controller and android. Also a type "C" to Lighting cable for use from controller to ISO(apple) TY for taking the time to respond. Have a great holiday.

Interesting point you mention that Skydio 2 does not avoid (nor indeed detect) moving objects. There are a number of videos out there already where people are flying in just those scenarios, i.e fairly low in busy urban streets. I can see fair opportunity for collision when it autonomously moves around objects and runs into the path of a truck, after all, it can't tell the difference between a pavement or road.

OriginaldoBo I’m not sure this is correct, but I think you can use it for RealEstate, you just can’t start your flight from a confined space but you can fly through it.

You know what..... with all these restrictions and limited features... my Mavic Zoom looks technically more advanced. :/ Not buying and will see what Skydio3 brings.
