Dasha, you’ve got to watch all the Bond movies…..but these with Daniel Craig are all one long story. You should watch them in release order. And the girl, Eve Money-Penny, she’s a classic character who’ll be back. Even in the old movies with other actors playing Bond, Money-Penny was always the girl flirting with Bond.

Oh! On M, her actress, Judi Dench had been in that role across two separate Bond actors to this point, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig, and about 20 years. She was getting old and struggling with reading lines from problems with her eyes. She went out great and in an impacful way.

The reveal of "Moneypenny" was obviously lost here, pre-Daniel Craig Moneypenny was a staple, always flirting with Bond while he waited to see M, but never going further.

When Bond cuts into his shoulder and pulls out those bullet fragments and get's them analyzed. They are from a depleted uranium shell from that Patrice guy. But in the beginning the girl shoots bond so how do those pieces trace back to him? Did I miss something? Did she not have her own service rifle and just happened to grab one of that guy's guns during the pursuit? They obviously knew who they were tracking, Bond and the girl both saw him. She almost kills 007 and Patrice was fighting with him but her shot launched 007 in the beginning. She shoots Bond and he falls of the train, then he is not dead, I am confused. I have seen this movie many times, if that was a mistake it is not a huge error in the plot and would not negate them from knowing who the guy was I just wan't to know.

Dasha, I would truly love it if you watched every Bond film but as the franchise is 60 years old and has over 25 films (26 official plus some unofficial ones), I could see that could be a daunting task. Soldiers use red lens lights mostly because they don’t affect your night vision as much as white light does. So, soldiers will be able to see better in darkness because their pupils will remain dilated.

there is Quantaum of Slace thats in between Casino Royale and this movie. The next movie after Skyfall is Spectre which wasn't that great and then No Time to Die which a lot of people liked but i thought it wasnt anything special but it would be a good idea to watch Quantum of Solace before seeing the next two films as they are all connected.

Craig-Bond movies were never the same after the GFC. They stopped being movies in their own right and became meta-commentaries on the Bond mythos (which might've been okay once, but not three times in a row), and they became all weepy and self-pitying, which made them a chore to sit through. They got so close, too: If they ditched the shaky-cam, Quantum of Solace would basically be a perfect Bond movie.

The S word you wanted was Savor, like favor or flavor. Red light isn't used because it doesn't travel as far. It helps, but that's not the reason. It's used because red light won't ruin the eye's dark adaptation. This is why you see astronomers with red flashlights and red lights in darkrooms when people develop pictures. Most red lights are dim, which is why they don't travel as far. Guns will shoot underwater. As long as there is a good seal between the bullet and the casing, they will fire just fine. They won't go very far, though. Usually just a few meters. Bullets fired from above water down into it only go about 2 meters before they get torn apart.

Id avoud quantum of Solace..a writers strike and a poor villuan unworthy of bond. But the rest arent too bad. Id love you to do all the connery..1 lazenby, 1 moore, 1 dalton , 1 brosnan. Youll find the early ones cringey due to its portrail of women. But the stories are good...they also fill you in on the legends like db5 car etc.
