So went to my doctor today, for my first physical since starting Carnivore in October. I told her I had changed my diet and told her it was the carnivore, but like you, I also have eggs with tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and hot sauce. I have vegetables, and greens, every now and again. She told me that she knows this diet and totally supports it. She then said that is what explained the changes in my numbers. My good cholesterol increased, my triglycerides decreased substantially, and my white and red cells were good. She said that she has done a lot of research on diets, and agreed that this is a good diet and said you cannot do better.

We use bondo like for cars works great no water just like concrete..use on metal or concrete surfaces..sand and paint all done..😊

That Rebel looks sweet, and kitted out nicely too! The 500 is perfectly sized for The Philippines IMO... Nice to see rain again there... On tiling for the stairs, understand the process... Will the walkways and edging eventually be tiled or have stone laid? Maintenance is important everywhere but I think especially in The Philippines it's important... If there's something ee focused on to stay ready while in the Army, it was that... Lots of progress on the many projects...The one thing I miss here is piddling around much... We have a maintenance team that does everything... To replace that, I bought a new e-bike with a more powerful motor... Been spending time kitting it out...Really enjoy this... Hi James. Careful with the milk. Some brands can have a lot of sugar added.

This is what I just said. One ingredient WHOLE MILK! If you pick up that carton anbd it list one more thing than that walk away from it. Also Skim Milk and Low Fat are more sugar than milk fat n protein . They trick you to believe your drinking healthy and in fact your drinking sugar water. Glad you know it too.

Being in the septic business, I think that mesh is too fine. The stone alone will do the job. The mesh or straw would be good between the stone and dirt backfill. But let’s wait and see what happens.

Why you use scimcoat outside, its based on chalk, fine cement plaster is better, just good primer and paint but you have to teach your workers how to do it, last finish is with a foambord E

This is outdoor skim coat. White cement. That was put on long ago when we was in teaching phase.

lollllkl about milk lets say 95% world wide dont know how real milk taste and when the go taste it the say yuk yikes thgas not milk but never grow up on a farmn or close by a farm and taste it i love to take the milk when thirsty than and take that big spoon out the big rvs steal container where the milk was stored cold and drink it on young age mother ask to go to the farm and get milk there in a 5 liter milk can she was have i mnis thgat old times so much whe where not poor also not poor but love all these things from my youth

I grew up drinking it fresh from the cow. Loved the fresh cream that would rise. My grnadmother made her own butter too.
