I have a pudding that cuts cholesterol numbers for you. Puddings are generally rich foods that make cholesterol worse. Not this one! I have engineered a pudding recipe that does the opposite of what most puddings are known to do.

UK Amazon www.amazon.co.uk/Your-High-Bl...
Amazon Canada www.amazon.ca/Your-High-Blood...
Want to reduce cholesterol, try this pudding for size. You'll love it. The pudding tastes good and it is healthy at the same time. More importantly, it is a pudding that lowers cholesterol naturally.

Amazing hum . I have a senior melanin girl twist in the pudding desert section. Now this idea is even 100% wiser to capture 2 more generations . The doctor has the answers. As a senior this is a winner. My 21st century adult children, their grandchildren will like this presentation with the fruits. Maybe Dr. Joe your going in our history books for 3 generations. Seniors , the 50.s generation and the 18 year old college collectives. Taking you you with me to update my great grandparents meals for a health mind, some eyesight. Sorry for the book . This is deep , very important for me as the elder. Thank you.

Thanks Dr joe for fulfilling your promise so fast. Mango is seasonal and as you know it is out of season now. Can the soaked chia seeds be added to cooked oat cereal? Can these fruits spike sugar level in a pre diabetic trying to bring it down?
@drjoetvMD
@drjoetvMD 7 ай бұрын
Is mango out of season now? Maybe it is where you are. I happen to live in a part of the world where seasonality has gone out the window in terms of produce. We seem to get all foods all year round. Meaning the supermarkets source their produce from different parts of the world at different times of the year. The only difference is the price changes at different times of the year. As for fruits spiking your blood sugar, that really shouldn't be a concern for you now if you followed my diabetes reversal program which I gave away for free on this channel throughout the summer. I did an 8-week video series which works if you follow the steps. Yes, you can add the chia seeds to oatmeal.

Question: my LDL has dropped 44 pts using your tips over the last 6 months (181 to 137); however, ever since Covid hit in May’ish 2020, my HDL has gone from 53 to 37. Nothing changed except working from home. I didn’t exercise before, but maybe the movement I did get going to office made the difference?
@drjoetvMD
@drjoetvMD 3 ай бұрын
Listen, buddy, don't you fret about your HDL, okay. Please Don't. HDL is not as protective as we once thought it was. The only biomarkers in your lipid profile to worry about are your LDL, your Triglycerides and of course your Total Cholesterol. That said, if you fix your LDL, your Total will come right down. People who eat the way I preach here usually have low HDL and that's not a problem at all. There's an explanation for it which I won't go into here. Now I should end by saying Very Well Done for getting your Cholesterol down. I'm really happy for you.

I understand how this can bind cholesterol in the intestines...but would it lower the cholesterol made by the liver and floating in your blood. I have no dietary cholestetol.
@drjoetvMD
@drjoetvMD 7 ай бұрын
Yes. Cholesterol made in the liver is equally metabolised and is pushed down from the liver through the bile ducts into the common bile duct into the intestines as bile. That's where the soluble fiber binds it and helps to expel it through our No 2 otherwise it will get reabsorbed again. In fact, that's how the Big Pharma medication called Ezetimibe works too. You can have your "dietary Ezetimibe" by consuming these foods

I would put up to a tablespoon of organic chia seeds in my smoothies and soups for as long as I can remember. Then several years ago my stomach said Stop That.... I have no idea what happened, but everytime I would have a tablespoon or less it was the same results. So I stopped eating chia seeds.

It might have been after the liver cancer surgery. I was in the hospital for around eight days and had severe constipation from the surgery. After that it was discovered that I had diverticulitis. ???

@@drjoetvMD Hi Dr Joe, I was just thinking about this. I believe the real problem was and is all the drugs, radiation, chemotherapy and allergies I have had over the years.

@@drjoetvMD I have an X-cela port put into my chest for the chemotherapy. They use a glue to hold the needle in place during the treatments which take about six hours. I have been allergic to glue since I was a little kid. So they Try to make special arrangements for me.
