I love your exercises. I feel like they are doable. I especially like that you encourage us to tighten our core as well. The back of the hand touch is the one that I could feel the most. I like the flutter behind the back exercise the best, probably because it seems easy. I would like more exercises targeting the flab that hangs down on my arms. I like the shoulder strengthening exercises as well. I also like your easy way of explaining and encouraging us to do them.

Great workout! Boy I could really feel it in my shoulders. Really need to tone those triceps and biceps after way too long of a break exercising. I've been checking out your other exercises as along with doing the MetaSlim Food Plan. I'm feeling great! Thank you for all you share!

This is a super workout for the arms.. My problem is the underarm flab..and the back flab..I love the way you explain everything..I do as many workouts of yours as I can..Love it

I'm turning 55 in 3 weeks ;0) Lisa is a big inspiration to me, as she is 57-58 and now has the body of a 30 yr old. I worked out 3-5 days a week in my early 30's and could confidently say I was a "hard body"! Wanna get back there; and now I will thanks to you Mere! totally stoked and dedicated. Thank you so much!!

@Meredith shirk I wrote you from the email of the ‘one and done’ promotion, which I was doing daily, that I fractured a rib on a hiking fall. Someone from your team responded with a suggestion to only do the beginner level for awhile until I healed. I was so relieved and I had hope. I finally had the smallest waist of my life. I did try that but it was too early. I was hurting again for days. The rib break was only 3 weeks in. I waited to try a second time for another 3 weeks. Then I started the beginner workouts again. I am so excited to say that there was no change in my size, weight or inches even when I could not work out. I had turned my body into a lean, fat-burning furnace. I tell so many about your program and KZbin vids. Several of the days I do 2-3 rounds. Looking forward to getting right back in to the Intermediate level.

This workout is great Mere. I would like to improve my triceps but can’t weightbear on my right arm. Could you do a tricep workout that is strictly non weightbearing? I’m sure there are others out there like myself who also find triceps difficult.

Hola! I love all your workouts. Thank you so much for sharing them with us. I have a big problema. I recently change to a whole food plant base diet and I’m loosing so much fat from my thighs and arms that they are very flabby. I’ve lost 100 lbs with a good diet and a trainer and my body was nicely tone. Now, as I’m loosing all this fat, everything is hanging!!! Help me!

I have SI joint disease so my hips feel like they're on fire 24/7. Psoas belt hardly does a thing. Please show some alternates. Much love n God bless😍💝🙏😄

Did this while waiting for my little robots to finish doing their job. So I can continue to do mine. My deltoids are burning. Did 2 rounds. Nice! I want to work on my flabby triceps and overall arm strength.
