That was a good, quick and comprehensive workout for busy days. I love the fact that it is only 10 mins, especially when I'm runny low on time. It would be wonderful to see more of these 10 min workouts in the future. Thank you so much!

Being older and having old injuries I can't do a lot of jumping around. Thank you both for sharing low impact workouts that are easier on the joints but are super effective! Sending much love and appreciation from the USA!
