I’m 1,200 miles into my 22 Tremor. I’ve had 2 gen 2 raptors and enjoy this truck a lot so far. UPDATE::::…. My 22 got wrecked and I bought a 2023 402A a couple weeks ago. Already have 2,000 miles on it. All day highway road trip today 22.2 mpg. No off road travels yet but coming soon. 😁

Best camera /video footage I've seen...at first when you were on the trail..I couldn't differentiate if you were trailing another vehicle...but when I couldn't see any puddle movement & in the end when footage panned out over the water..cant beat drone footage..best video of tremor ever!!! This is best Tremor review I’ve seen. Great work. Have a 23 Black 402A 3.5 and love it! It has a unique look and is equipped with a great assortment of off road and luxury items. I feel it is as nice on inside as my 18 Platinum was. Love the tires / wheels. I too think the dual exhaust sounds as good as I’ve heard a 3.5 sound before. Burbles at low RPMs and u hear it at high revs in the cab where is sounds good. The best part for me is power of the 3.5. It is a fast truck -as fast as the Raptor in 1/4 mile at 13.9 (car & driver review). Massive torque at low RPMS and u just have to smile. Best truck I’ve owned. Ford is raising the bar yet again.

So this is essentially the same as a RAM with the 4x4 "off road package". 1 inch lift, better suspension, underbody protection... I love mine - it's a beast off road.

Great video. Apparently I’ve been under a rock. Today is the first time I’ve seen and heard about this truck. I really like the look, proportions, capability, functionality and practicality. It reminds me of a 2001 F150 super crew I owned once.

Yeah, they've had a tremor package for the f-250 for a few years now. Then the package trickled down, so to speak. Even the Ranger has a tremor package now! IDK though, I'm kinda partial to the f250. The 250-450 diesels were the only trucks they bought for us in the oil-patch and I've gone up the side of steep hills in remote locations, hooked-up to a large Dozer's winch-line, which is as awesome as it sounds, and you develop a trust in those trucks. The dodge's and chevy's that tried to follow always ended-up not lasting a week. Mostly their frames broke, or they had engine issues. Not something you want to deal with, when your 300km's in the bush in Northern Canada, in the winter. 30 years and never had a Ford leave me stranded.

That truck is way more expensive than $62725. I am pretty sure the model you tested had the high equipment group which adds over 16k to the price which puts it in the 80k plus range. Nice truck though very expensive.

I’ve been looking at them quite a bit, the base is $52,000 the mid is around $60,000 and the high end is at $70,000

I like the tremor, but love my 17 Raptor every single time I drive it... Which is daily...😀. You have mentioned the bottle opener on the tailgate here and on the Raptor. It is also a tie down point for longer loads.... Ford showcased it when the new model came out... They did not mention it as a bottle opener. They do have a bottle opener on other models which they do talk about...

Great review. I already planned to get one and yours have all the options I wanted. I'm not sure if I saw the sunroof in yours, but I want that too. I just need to find one with Blue Cruise when I make it back to the States. I'm already working on starting my Courier Business so I can justify having such an expensive trunk. Again, Great video!

Actually, they disable ABS in sand to CAUSE you to dig more into the terrain; this is a good thing, as it enables you to stop within a considerably shorter distance than with ABS on.

the 4 auto in the tremor is the same as the raptor, its like a clutch based AWD with automatic torque distribution. instead of the auto locking 4wd in most trucks that binds up on pavement.

Came back for another look. So, how do you think this Tremor drives on road compared to the Platinum, smoother, more comfortable, more quiet, the opposite, other, especially on long highway drives? Thanks. I suspect the Raptor with its new 5 link spring suspension is the most buttery smooth as I've heard people say, but how do the Tremor and Platinum compare I wonder. And if one is better on road than the other, can something be done to improve that? Thanks. Oh, and what is the min road clearance of the Tremor? I'm thinking if I get one I might level it and add 35's for another inch on top of that even, but not sure yet, in part b/c I'm concerned raising it with bigger tires might kill average mpg. The 22 mpg you got is great.

Good review. Thanks for sharing. I wish I could get the Tremor with massaging front row seats and night vision, but certainly not necessary. I too love that front center console fold out flat work surface, I'd use that often. I wonder, could I plug in my laptop inside the cab while I'm driving to recharge it's battery, so that when I hit the campsite for the evening I have a full charge, any idea? I think I'd prefer a all black interior and exterior, ideally blackening or greying out the orange striping inside, especially the orange word Tremor on the seats, that's a bit too much for me, but that blue color exterior does look good, and I'd still get it if I couldn't black all or most of the orange out. I tend to like subdued not flashy.

Massage would definitely be nice, yeah the outlet would charge at the same speed it would at home so if your drive to the campsite was that duration to charge it would be fully charged by the time u get there. The orange trimming makes it more unique I guess but same I’m with you on a subtle look

Must have only done a little bit of that hilly, spirited driving at 0:40 to 2:20 if your trip is showing 22 mpg over 31 miles... like you'd literally have to have just gotten off a 28-30 mile highway trip while feathering the pedal in the right lane to show that, lol. I love the ecoboost, but getting that kind of MPG is exclusively right lane, defensive highway driving while staying out of boost.
