Looks kinda cool to me. 🙂 I'm starting to like these cutesy platformers with mild puzzles. Great review.

I’m actually in the (slow) process of plying this myself… very interesting to see your gameplay. I’m enjoying this but I need to dedicate serious time to- as I’m crap at these games lol Superb video. Mind if I link to you if I ever get around to publishing a review?

No problem, link away! 🙂 Good luck with the game! I am a bit tempted to give it another try and get revenge on that bubble!

The game idea is pretty simillar to Dizzy adventures as you say, some kind of action-adventure with platforming, exploration and interaction with objetcs and characters (with text boxes and magic, of course). Code Masters knew this premises very well. I’m not really into this kind of games, but not too bad at the end.

Not a huge fan of them myself, also seemed to work better on the 8-bit systems. But they do have a certain charm!

It’s just like one of the Egg simulator games, but seems a bit broken. At least it seems to let you carry as many items as you want. Speaking of which, I believe there was a needle in one of the rooms. I’m sure you can’t wait to return to the game and get past that bubble 😁

There was a needle!? Let me guess, it was hidden in a haystack! 😁

Nice graphics, nice sound... just, maybe, a little "not so easy to play with" too much ;D ? ( maybe with the little explanatory booklet that went with this style of play at the time? )
