I’ve been doing this workout everyday for three days now and I definitely can feel it! The first day I struggled but I can say it does get easier! I also do this and her 5 minute ab video everyday. I include 5 minutes for jump roping before I watch the videos. I have lost about 4 pounds in a little over a week. I also have been dieting. I know it’s not hard but I have PCOS and I’m still seeing results. I hope this helps someone in similar shoes as me! We got this!!

I been doing Lillys workout for basically everywhere. After my first pregnancy I didn’t like how my body turned out n gained so much weight. I been working out for the past 2/5 months. Now everyone is asking what i did to get my body snatched even better than before. I still got to lost 25 more lb. But my body is in best shape right now and my love for exercise is growing❤

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

@@YEET-bk6lj I heard that stretching is supposed to help a lot. Stretching your thighs and calves. It loses the muscle tension around your knees that built up during workout. But for it to be effective you have to stretch each part long enough, not just a few seconds. Hope this helps, it relieved my knee pain a little :)

I gained so much weight after my fisrt pregnancy. Been doing all lillys workouts. For legs, butt, waist, stomach, abs… and let me tell you My body shape is sexier even better than the body I had before pregnancy. I’m 163lb now, I was 140lb before pregnancy and after pregnancy I was 181lb. And I’m 5’5 tall.

I’ve done this at least 4 days straight already........ my legs still feel like a million lbs when doing this workout but today I added additional ankle weights and my God! You got this ladies!!!! It’s worth it. From the feel of it my thigh muscles are stronger and my butt looks even perkier! 🙌🏾💕

Alright here it comes: Day 1 ✔ I feel like I can do this everyday, it is challenging if you do it correctly but definitely doable even for beginners. Day 2 ✔ Just like yesterday, in the middle it gets hard as it really burns, but my muscles weren't sore from the previous day. Day 3 ✔ I have really prominent hip bones so it hurt a lot to do it on the floor, even with a mat, so today one of my good neurons decided to wake up and it gave me the revolutionary idea of doing it on my bed, which is totally doable as long as your bed isn't too soft. Anyway, it burnt during the exercises, but I wasn't sore from yesterday. Day 4 ✔ Did it later today but it doesn't matter, I had a really busy and stressful day and I consider it an accomplishment! Day 5 ✔ I don't mind that it's repetitive since it's only 10 minutes. Day 6 ✔ I memorized it by now so I can do it without having to follow along and I can play my own music, so that's a plus. Day 7 ✔ It was harder than usual, but the burn was really satisfying! Sorry for not updating everyday, I was really busy with exams! But I did finish the challenge, to be honest I don't see a difference, but I think that what's most important is that I FEEL it. I feel like my muscles are definitely stronger and they feel a lot more toned!

doing this workout for a week: -start: 57cm day 1: wasn't to hard, felt the burn at some parts day 2: done, felt the burn, wasnt too bad day 3: added a light resistance bad, felt the burn better day 4: did it with a light resistance band again, felt the burn, but loveee it day 5: done, did it with a medium resistance band for half the workouts day 6: dane, kinda hated every second of that, maybe because i did it later than normal day 7: done felt good -end: basically 57cm well it has been a week and i think im going to swich it up now because this feels very repetitive now, but i dont really notice any difference lol

I’ve been doing lily’s workout since covid. During covid I lost 10kg over 4months by doing these and then maintained that for a year+. afterwards I sprung off the exercises to focus on something other for a while and regained a bit a of wait, I only did these 1-3 times a month during that time. However recently I’ve been doing these consistently for a month now and have lost 6pounds already. Everyone is different however I know anyone reading this can achieve their goal to wether that’s to feel more energetic and happier by exercising or to lose weight. I’ll always stick with these workouts. I do find you have to find videos of hers that work for you, don’t feel shamed if you can do one workout and not another, try others you feel you can control better as that’s the main focus here. :)) Rest days are also just as important !! X

I'm going to do it for 14 days in a row, eating in a non-restrictive diet and drinking like 1.5 litres of water per day. Starting on 12 December. My thighs are 51 cm. Day 1✔️: I really felt the burn, especially on my glutes day 2✔️: I felt the burn less than yesterday, but still hurting a little day 3✔️: today my legs are feeling really sore, and my glutes are on fire! my legs are already more toned than three days ago. day 4✔️: today was really, really hard. My hip bones hurted so bad, also because they're quite protruding. Today I felt the burn even on the core. See ya tomorrow :) Day 5❌: I was really busy so I didn't have time day 6✔️ day 7:✔️ day 8: ✔️ Day 9: ❌ really busy and tireddd Day 10: ✔️ Day 11: ✔️ So I'll stop doing this because my booty is growing and I don't like it. I'm struggling with body image so o prefer having my flat booty. I know it's not rlly a great thing to say, but at the moment I prefer doing this. By the way it was a nice challenge, this workout deserves to be followed.

I’ll update everyday --> Day 1: ✅Definitely felt the burn, more so in my right hip area but definitely felt like it was working. My start measurement I took today was 91,5cm around the smallest part of my hip area in my hip dips. Hoping it will make my lower area more round. :) Day 2: ✅Did in the evening today and OH MY GOODNESS THE BURN HIT. I carried on, bc y’all…THE BIGGER THE BURN, THE BETTER THE RESULTS!. Anyway, I feel like I can already feel a difference despite it’s only been 2 workouts. Either way, I’m looking at my hips in a better way, so either this worked or my confidence in my body has increased. Win win 😉. Day 3: ❌ I came late home and honestly couldn’t be bothered. Plan is to have 1 or 2 days without the workout at the most. Day 4: ✅ Did it today too and this time i definitely felt the brun on my inner thigh too! I played a football match around 2 hours before doing the workout and i could feel that I was stiff. This made it extra difficult, but I managed it. REMEMBER - YOULL GET AN UNEVEN BUTT STOPPING HALFWAY!! I can’t see huge differences yet but I feel in my hip/butt area that I will see results (or at least I hope). Come on guys! You’ve got this!

Im overweight and old. So i done each one half of the time, than shown, because I didn't want to hurt myself. I have been doing it for 2 weeks once a day and I have noticed a massive change. I Recommend doing it and dont give up.

Well.. as most of all im gonna do this here (30 april 2024): Day 1:✅ completed bc, i was bored and motivated Day 2:✅ also completed but almost forgot Day 3:✅ completed and it was actually pretty good except the part with the circling leg, it's still hard for me, i cant do this without breaks 🥲 Day 4:✅ i have a big party tonight (yay) and i did this in the morning :') It was a little hard, but the music makes everything better
