@LillySabri - I wanted to share that as a 51 year old, pear shaped, menopausal woman - doing this, along with your toned shoulder and arms, lean summer legs and a short abs blast every other day has transformed my body in a way that no other exercise regime has. I wish I’d measured myself but I’ve lost inches on my hips, thighs and waist. My arms are toned and the flabby bingo wings are slowly disappearing. What is that they say about excellence is consistency over time. Because these are so short and don’t require going to the gym or excess equipment, it’s so easy to fit them in - even when you have a very busy and full on job. Anyway, I’m sure I’m a lot older than most of your followers, but I just wanted to say to all the mid life women out there, that this really does work. Thank you Lilly. XO

From my experience I feel like when i stop doing these videos for long periods of time it's soo hard to get back to doing them but once I do, I feel amazing and it makes me want to keep going. Especially when I'm seeing results ❤

Update! I’ve been doing this for abt 4 days now and not only do I see improvement in my glutes but my overall legs and abs! This workout is definitely best for getting lean and a pump!

I’ve done this consistently for a couple months now and I can confirm this will snatch you up. It has tightened up my core a lot and slowly it’s getting easier which I’m feeling more proud of myself for. I think soon I’ll be able to do two sets of this, I’m excited.

starting today and i ll keep u updated Day 1✅I took some breaks cause my butt was burninnngg🔥 Day 2✅:I took smaller breaks now butt still burns as hell. Day 3✅:I did it and i dont know if im just delulu but i see a very small difference Day 4✅:Im always so happy when i finish this cause it s such a releaf.I actually think it lifted my butt a bit.Hope to see better results soon!!!! Day 5✅:I always have to take a shower after i do thiss cause it ss amazing. Day 6✅:I see a small difference,nothing crazy Day 7✅:I cant wait for my asa to look amazing

doing this everyday for 14 days!! 💕 Day 1: my booty burnss! i did have to take breaks in between but i really felt that burn! let’s keep going 🤍 Day 2: my butt kinda hurt when i woke up but i still did the workout!! it was a bit easier today Day 3: somehow the workout was harder today and i only did like some exercises😭😭 and idk if im tweaking but i did see like 1 or 2 inches of my butt that grew Day 4: taking a break! Day 5: i did it and it was burnnnninggg Day 6: did itt Day 7: did it, was hurting a bit more but i pushed through it Day 8: okay, i feel like today was the hardest 😭😭 but we’re almost there! Trying this workout for a month in addition to a Shirlyn Kim pilates ab workout!! Day 1 : ✅ Did it once and OMG 😱 I never knew i could feel a burn at such a place..😢 I definitely felt that burn... Day 2 : ✅ Did it once again...it hurts SOOO much !! Day 3 :✅ Did it once again ! Hurts sooo muchhh😢 All this just to have a nice booty omlll Day 4 : ❌ Couldn’t do it because my phone broke and became unusable (r.i.p) Day 5 : ✅ Did it once because I got a new phone !!!🎉🎉 It hurts the booty sooo muuuuchhh😢 Day 6 : ✅ Did it once again ! I’m on my first day of period so my belly hurted but my booty hurted a little less than the preview days Day 7 : ✅ Did it once again !! My butt feels harder than before 😅 The workout still hurts but it’s worth it !! Day 8 : ✅ Did it once again !! It hurts sooo much 😢 I can’t believe it’s already been more than a week 🎉🎉 Day 9 : ✅ Did it once again , hurted a little less 🙏🏻 Day 10 : ❌ didn’t do it because I got sick and my head hurted like hell !! Day 11 : ✅ Did it once again! When I got to the shower , I looked at myself in the mirror and I noticed my butt muscles were visible YAYY Day 12 : ✅ Did it once again and damn my butt never stops hurting lmaoo , but for me , hurting means it’s working Day 13 : ✅ Did it once again !! Gonna be honest here, I’ve been doing this workout for about 2 months now I’d say, and I noticed alot of improvement within my booty like it’s more round and firm from this workout I am actually happy! I wouldn’t say my booty grew but it’s sculpted and more firm I’d say and I’m happy so this does work if you’re wondering just gotta keep going and don’t give up that’s for sure 👍 🎉

I mix my workouts with a lot of equipment (treadmill, stair climber etc) I have to be honest that I see more results with a mix of both the equipment and these workouts vs these workouts alone!

Starting today and I will keep you updated(I'm a teen and I have a small butt so,I am trying to shape it): Day 1✔️:My booty hurts and i feel my muscles on booty and legs burning. Day 2✔️:Small difference,the test,same as yesterday Day 3✔️: Really burning,there is q difference.Also it's getting easier for me to finish the whole workout 💪🏼. Day 4✔️: Really burning,there is definitely a difference,my thighs are also getting smaller and less cellulite. Day 5✔️: Definitely a noticeable difference,will keep doing it.. amazing workout! Day 6✔️: Getting easier and of course a difference Day 7✔️:OMG the difference 🙌🏼🙌🏼 In 7 days i got the result i wanted but i am gonna keep doing it anyway.I haven't been doing it because i was on my period and it was KILLING ME!But.. gonna update for the 14 days for motivation day 1 : as someone who is coming back to workouts it was so painful but i was proud of myself as i finished day 2 : little bit easier, took some breaks but was good day 3 : was fun, painful but definetly got easier ❤ day 4 : did it without too much breaks ❤ day 5 : had to take just one break because my head started spinning, felt easy tho and fun guys i didnt get demotivated but i currently have a fever so im skipping workouts

As an ex ballerina dancer who also did pre point and a year of point I can confirm lots of these work you just have to put a lot of time into it when I quit after doing it for 8 years I was still in really good shape but over time I lost that so I do recommend these videos!

I'm gonna do this for a week starting today (sunday) and give results every day! I also want to add that im doing an 8 minute thigh workout after this with a 3 time break in between the workouts. Sun: cant walk straight, almost cried and literally shaking (i have another workout to do and will be crying within the next 10 minutes) Mon: had to take multiple breaks inbetween, and thats okay. I finished it, still burns a whole bunch, but at least it's done. I don't see a difference yet, but again I am horrendously flat. Tues: I did it but forgot to update lol it burned but not as bad as yesterday Wed: Skipped. Remember to take breaks when starting a new workout! (I did another new work out, the 5 minute hip one of lilly's)

day 1: donee!! it was not that intense as i thought it would be maybe I'm doing it wrong but it wasn't too bad day 2: done! i hate the side exercise omds day 3: omg this exercise is rlly getting to me i’m not cramping tho or aching day 4: i only completed most of it i got tired because i just played tennis day 5: done!! going strong day 6: rest day no time went on a shanghai trip for one week (restart) day 1: burned a little but it was ok day 2: only 1 break so it was crazyy burning like hell

lily, the workout was so great. It would be more nice if you change legs more frequently as keeping one leg down for the whole time makes one leg burn more and it feels unequal burn in both of my legs
