@LillySabri - I wanted to share that as a 51 year old, pear shaped, menopausal woman - doing this, along with your toned shoulder and arms, lean summer legs and a short abs blast every other day has transformed my body in a way that no other exercise regime has. I wish I’d measured myself but I’ve lost inches on my hips, thighs and waist. My arms are toned and the flabby bingo wings are slowly disappearing. What is that they say about excellence is consistency over time. Because these are so short and don’t require going to the gym or excess equipment, it’s so easy to fit them in - even when you have a very busy and full on job. Anyway, I’m sure I’m a lot older than most of your followers, but I just wanted to say to all the mid life women out there, that this really does work. Thank you Lilly. XO

I’ve done this consistently for a couple months now and I can confirm this will snatch you up. It has tightened up my core a lot and slowly it’s getting easier which I’m feeling more proud of myself for. I think soon I’ll be able to do two sets of this, I’m excited.

Gonna be honest here, I’ve been doing this workout for about 2 months now I’d say, and I noticed alot of improvement within my booty like it’s more round and firm from this workout I am actually happy! I wouldn’t say my booty grew but it’s sculpted and more firm I’d say and I’m happy so this does work if you’re wondering just gotta keep going and don’t give up that’s for sure 👍 🎉

As an ex ballerina dancer who also did pre point and a year of point I can confirm lots of these work you just have to put a lot of time into it when I quit after doing it for 8 years I was still in really good shape but over time I lost that so I do recommend these videos!

I'm gonna do this for a week starting today (sunday) and give results every day! I also want to add that im doing an 8 minute thigh workout after this with a 3 time break in between the workouts. Sun: cant walk straight, almost cried and literally shaking (i have another workout to do and will be crying within the next 10 minutes) Mon: had to take multiple breaks inbetween, and thats okay. I finished it, still burns a whole bunch, but at least it's done. I don't see a difference yet, but again I am horrendously flat. Tues: I did it but forgot to update lol it burned but not as bad as yesterday Wed: Skipped. Remember to take breaks when starting a new workout! (I did another new work out, the 5 minute hip one of lilly's)

day 1: donee!! it was not that intense as i thought it would be maybe I'm doing it wrong but it wasn't too bad day 2: done! i hate the side exercise omds day 3: omg this exercise is rlly getting to me i’m not cramping tho or aching day 4: i only completed most of it i got tired because i just played tennis day 5: done!! going strong day 6: rest day no time went on a shanghai trip for one week (restart) day 1: burned a little but it was ok day 2: only 1 break so it was crazyy burning like hell

lily, the workout was so great. It would be more nice if you change legs more frequently as keeping one leg down for the whole time makes one leg burn more and it feels unequal burn in both of my legs

daily update day 1: done - im feelin much more burn than other booty exercises on youtube, even tho i took many breaks. it took me 15 minutes to finish the exercise today but i believe it'll get better. day 2: done day 3 done it was much better compared to first day

I've started getting more consistent with my workouts thanks to your videos. I'm gradually working my way to getting my body used to doing more intense workouts. Day 1: ✔️ I tried to do this 3/4 days ago, but i am here to try to do it again for some days, i'm hoping for 2 weeks!!!! Let's go! I'm dying right now 😭😭✨ (did with pauses) Day 2: ✔️ did it a little late (17:30), i feel it hurting a bit from day 1 already. I DID IT AGAIN, I'M DYING, IS BURNING SO MUCH, I CAN STILL WALK THOUGH. (I didn't pause) Day 3: ✔️Is it easier to do??? NO IDEA. Is still burning and i already can see noticeable results. Day 4: ✔️ Day 5: ✔️ FUCK, this burns 😂❤ (Day 6: ✖️Was busy Day 7: ✖️Was also busy and didn't want to do it, so i let it go.) Day 8: ✔️ I'm returning~ But I'm probably gonna do it for 16 days cuz i missed two.
