Hello Mr Taylor, im charlie and i’m 15. i just wanted to say thank you to you and slipknot for saving my life. ever since i was 3 i’ve been listening to your songs and music and have been obsessed ever since. This Christmas i was lucky enough to get tickets to come and see SlipKnot this year. but for the past few years i’ve been dealing with suicide, and recently i’ve gone blind in my right eye. and i’ve got MS (multiple sclerosis). but your music has given me the opportunity to be at my happiest through all of this. i also have a collection of slipknot masks which id love to show you. but i just wanted to thank you and all of the slipknot members!:), i don’t know if you’ll see this but if you do then i really appriciate it. please carry in with everything because your incredible. thank you so much!!:) love from charlie

Yeah, as an og, their music hasn't been the same since the gray chapter. All of their music was amazing. Every one of their playlist are great, but after the gray chapter, it all fell apart. What it meant to me will eventually Be a memory of a time when they tried so hard But after Chris left then the loss of Paul it lost its footing i don't even listen to any of their new music anymore because it's so bad and false promises of a new album like Iowa was it for me thats when i stopped listening to them of course you're going to have little Jimmies who are too young to have experienced the real slipknot say to move on but the truth is the band have never recovered It's fine if you like the bands new stuff I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that but it's just not for me man sometimes I wish i could turn back time to relive the days of the real slipknot and if you're an og you know excactly what im talking about period

I am pretty sure there's many tallented drummers who could have done equal success or even better than Jay. Joey seems nearly impossible to match in terms of creativity for Slipknot, but I can't wait to see how the new drummer fits, hopefully they can bring back some of that creative spark that Joey had
