May I recommend a smooth Arkhangelskaya vodka? Honestly the best vodka I ever had and it's produced in a place, that is literally called "archangel city". Go home, L.A.! Also, poo dances are absolutely necessary, because the movement stimulates the guts. As sloths don't move very much during the week, they need to activate their colon before taking a dump. Same is true for dogs and humans. If you ever feel really constipated, take a walk around the block (maybe take your dog with you), and that should solve the problem. Also-also if you have ingested viagra and your erection lasts longer than 4 hours... or if you have ingested random "Chinese herbs", that should supposedly have the same effect as viagra, climb stairs. The movement has an effect on the pelvic floor and may help to re-establish normal blood flow in your privates. If running up and down a staircase doesn't kill your erection, it's serious and you need to see a doctor, who will probably insert a long needle into a place, where don't want to have one.
