This class stretches and tenderizes the whole body and mind. We’ll begin with a simple tapping technique to ground and focus, move through a fluid full-body sequence, and finish with box breathing to fully settle the system. My hope is that by the end of this class you feel more present, whole, and at ease in your entire being, especially if you are navigating any turbulence in your life.
