This is an intermediate level, one hour Pilates mat workout targeting the entire body. We'll begin with a steady warm-up, building towards some more challenging, yet enjoyable sequences with a feel-good-burn. Finishing off with a slow cool-down to properly stretch our hardworking muscles and calm our system. Have fun, embrace the challenge, and most importantly listen to your body's signals when following any teacher's external cues. You know your body best!
