I enjoy the short videos, less of an excuse to blow off exercise/yoga!! Committing to 25-30 mins is so doable on a regular basis, I love the long sessions too but the shorter ones fit the bill during busy times!

Thanks Tim and Marlana for an awesome practice. I didn't want it to end and yes it definitely helped me start my day off the right way. All your videos really help to reduce my stress as well as strengthen areas in my body that really need it. I do the practice mostly in the morning but was wondering if you have any suggestions as to when your practices should be done or is it a matter of preference? Look forward to your next video. I like the length and intensity of this. Its my "woke up late"- or my "ready to quit my job by noon" go to workout. A great balanced start to the day or midday restart!

Wow, this was such a good flow. And that guidance at the end on how to twist properly and effectively was just perfect. I felt some discomfort on my right side initially, but as I followed your instructions to lengthen the spine, my body just relaxed and the pain went away. It felt so much better afterwards. perfect. I love the shorter videos. AT a studio 40-50 minutes is fine. AT home i find it difficult to stay focused that long so 25 minutes is just enough!!! Thanks-
