Slow Horses is the best I've seen in 2022. The level of detail of every character featured in both seasons, the British humour, the thick atmosphere and the stories themselves are a masterpiece. In fact, for me, there could be no other series at all and with each completed season I would eagerly watch the next.

12:06 It's a very interesting point and I have to say that I haven't seen grief played so well in any film/series so far, which manifests an underlying sense of revenge and intoxication with it, you know what I mean if you've seen the second season. Rosalinda played it perfectly, the tension she creates with her acting is literally palpable.

It would be really great if Apple TV would show Season 4 as soon as possible. I hope we don't have to wait until December 2024 to see it! All the spies in Slough House are competent and have specialist skills. Jackson Lamb who is very skilled in Trade Craft, is just one of those persons who has difficulty in praising other people, he prefers giving his team continuous stick than any sort of carrot. However I would play it different, people perform better with more encouragement and praise than the Sergeant Major method of continuously telling them how useless they are. That is not to say there should not be any constructive criticism but rather feedback of where they went wrong and how things could have been done better, so that the person receiving the analysis remember the points made rather than the tone and unfairness in which the criticisms were relayed, which would make them just ignore all that was said. Of course a lot of Jackson Lamb's way of communicating in the series is about introducing some comedy and entertainment into the drama and in real life, he wouldn't last long if he consistently behaved in a manner as he does in the series. In my opinion, River Cartwright is the best character in the series. As far I am concerned, Jack Lowden should be the next James Bond.

I really want to read the books, but I also don't want to know what's going to happen, because it is absolutely brilliant Jack described exactly why I like it, it is so cynical and sarcastic, it just ticks so many boxes for me

Yeah… Louisa sort of resents Marcus at the start for being “assigned” to watch over her… but doesn’t that get instantly erased when it becomes clear she’s dangerously blinded by vengeance and he is, “magically,” right there to save her life when she goes complete MORON and charges at Pashkin when he’s got a gun pointed at her??? That part was confusing as hell. She’s clever as hell but literally brings a pipe wrench to a gunfight!?!?! smfh she should have dropped trow for Marcus right then and there

Do these interviewers even watch the shows first? Such mundane and just turd like questions from most of them.

Just new to your channel, I really dislike your reading of your intros, please don't read, it's so stilted and emotionally void.
