My apartment is so small. I have nowhere to put all my clothes. I have rearranged a thousand times to no avail. However, I do like this idea for my kitchen.

You might have to downsize, love. Or worst case pay for a tiny storage spot (mine was like 40/mo, you may even have a relative with secure garage space) that you can put vacuum bags for of out of season/special occasion clothes. I was in a 1 bd spot with 2 girls and 2 tiny coat closets. Aside from using a garment rack and those clear under bed bins for clothes, sheets/linens/bath towels, I had to switch out our out of season stuff including pjs, scarves/hats and blankets etc every six months. Same thing with anything sentimental you’re saving or “goal weight” clothes! I just kept organized and separated by activity/person, then had a couple rolling suitcases I would switch out with 😂 A couple other useful storage tools for me were cute STORAGE ottomans (as coffee/side tables or behind sofa, at bottom of bed, hell I even had a wicker type one in my kitchen table as a “bench” seat 😂 you can vacuum bag or roll items and put inside, no one would know a thing! Same with a cube shelf, those 6/9/12 storage things with the 13 in baskets are clutch girl! When we were in that small (550 sq ft) apt I slept in the living room but you couldn’t tell. Partly bc I used those bins for closed storage anything can go in there, socks undies leggings sweatshirts etc. If you don’t have a dresser you might invest in one of those that has 16 cubes and put on 1 wall, that will give you a ton of discrete options. I have an ikea bed frame with 6 large drawers. Huge game changer! Also, I live in 480 sq ft with two kids and we have so much space! (I’m a minimalist though).
