In my first video of 2021, I talk about how to replace new year's resolutions with realistic goals. I share the importance of setting goals and how to break them up into small achievable milestones. Reaching your goals is not only great for your personal development but also incredibly important for your mental wellbeing.
Some of my goals for 2021 are:
Moving into my first home
Launching a new start up project
Teaching myself piano and playing the La La Land theme by July
Consistently upload to my KZbin channel
Practise more self-care
Completely wean off Sertraline by July
