No it’s because the game’s Ai is fucking broken. There are a bunch of clips on KZbin of suspects with inhuman reaction speeds and of wall-banging SWAT even if they see a sliver of them.

Just saw an ad for the Gran Turismo movie today about people playing Gran Turismo well and getting to drive real cars and I think they should do the same for people who play this game. We can have tournaments where the prize is not just money but also scholarships for swat training. You cleared a building without firing and killing someone, well you've got skills beyond the bar for being issued a firearm and immunity in the U.S. today.
