INSTRUCTIONS:
- Get a knife and peel off membrane on underside of ribs
- Apply (a lot) of your favorite rubs
- Get your smoker up to 225f and use your choice of wood; I'm going with hickory
- Smoke meat side up for 3hrs
- Cut up slabs of butter and lay across tin foil
- Pile up the honey and brown sugar
- Lay the ribs meat side down across the mixture
- Repeat on other side of ribs
- Wrap air tight in tin foil
- Put back in smoker (still at 225f) for 2 hours; you don't need to refill your woods
- Unwrap and cover in your favorite bbq sauce
- Put back in smoker (225f) for 1 hour; refill wood of your choice- I'm switchin' it up with mesquite
- Take out and rest
- EAT!!!
