I know this has been up for a while but, just did this dish tonight on GMG Davy Crockett and - again Malcolm has demonstrated that he is cooking/smoking divinity! Thanks man, for your recipes but equally, for such an eternal commitment to helping regular people make atypically good, but easy to love, comfort gourmet food!

Made these yesterday. Added some Old Bay along with my rub. Used cilantro instead of parsley. Came out amazing. Cranked my smoker up to 400 for the last 15 minutes and put in a baguette covered in garlic butter. Sat down on the patio with my daughter and chowed. Good times.

So I made this for Christmas dinner. Used Large "Royal reds" from Joe Patti's. I was very cold about 7 degrees. Took awhile to stabilize at 250. Used a Blaze kamado. Delicious...the table said it was the best Christmas dinner they could remember. Been doing Christmas dinner for 40 years. So far every recipe has been great! Thanks Gene.
