I chopped my spinach up a bit after cooking it in the oil ( it was easier to stuff) , and I tarted up my sauce a bit with pesto , beef bouillon , red wine and garlic and onions , it came out great !

If you hold the shell in one hand and push the two ends together, the shell opens up and ya can simply spoon the filling in. I've been doing it for centuries.
