There are a few things I learned about cooking. You can always trust the cook if 1, he’s a hefty black man named something like Lenny or Roscoe, 2, if it’s a grumpy old Asian lady with a meat cleaver, or 3, if it’s an Italian guy with an old cast iron pot that’s been in the family for at least 100 years. And 4, and this is the most important one. You ask them what measurements they use for each ingredient and they tell you “whatever feels right”, or “this much” while tossing in a random amount.

Like where your heads at.... try this wagu beef mixed with onions and peppers burger... grill your lobster cut in half still a whole piece. Make homemade mayonnaise add wazbi and real butter. Foshow if get bored throw either one or the other.... caviar or truffles

Everything nowadays is spicy. Jalapenos, hot sauce etc. I'm getting old my stomach can't handle the spice anymore. I get bad heartburn and acid reflux.
